Lawyer Jiang Dan, graduated from the University of International Business and Economics majoring in International Economic Law, and majoring in civil and commercial law in Renmin University of China. After graduating from university, he first engaged in foreign trade professional work for five years, with business operation practice and economic work experience. After 1999, he worked as a lawyer in the field of litigation and non-litigation. He was commissioned by a company in Foshan to negotiate with the owners for the BOT projects of seven sewage treatment plants won by the company. He specializes in financial, intellectual property and other economic cases. He has been commissioned by many financial institutions to carry out litigation, with the subject matter of litigation exceeding several billion.
