Assistant Manager

Guangdong Jinduo Law Firm was established in 2000 as a high-level and comprehensive partnership law firm approved by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice. The office area of the firm is nearly 1,100 square meters and has a group of high-quality legal talents. At present, there are 26 full-time lawyers and 12 intern and administrative personnel.


Due to business development needs, Guangdong Jinduo Law Firm recruits the following positions:


Paralegal


Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist lawyers in handling and related business;

2. Handle the work assigned by the firm;

3. Conduct legal investigation and research under the guidance of lawyers;

4. Prepare various relevant legal documents of clients;

5. Preparatory work before the trial.


Qualifications:

1. A full-time legal degree with a bachelor's degree and passed the legal qualification examination;

2. Have good writing skills;

3. Solid basic knowledge of law and aspiring to work in the lawyer industry;

4. Quick thinking, good at communication, strong interpersonal skills;

5. Diligent and dedicated, strong sense of responsibility.

Administration/Secretary

Job responsibilities:

1. Assist business personnel in document typesetting and editing;

2. Organize and archive daily documents and files;

3. Provide assistance and support to the secretary team for business work;

4. Other administrative and personnel work assistance and support.


Qualifications:

1. College or undergraduate degree, fresh graduates, English, Chinese, secretarial, administrative management and other related majors are preferred;

2. Proficiency in operating office software and office automation equipment;

3. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;

4. Have strong learning ability, sense of responsibility, professionalism and service consciousness.


Business consultant

Job responsibilities:

1. The ability to develop markets;

2. Visit customers at home;

3. Work with lawyers;


Qualifications:

1. College degree or above;

2. Good image and good temperament, with good language expression ability;

3. Have strong organization and coordination ability and teamwork spirit;

4. Work organized, careful, patient, and steadfast
